  • Retail sale of optical products including frames, lenses, and contact lenses
  • Community eye screening camps
  • Referrals to ophthalmologists and eye hospitals for advanced care

We are an optometry clinic and do not perform surgical procedures. For conditions requiring surgical intervention or specialised medical treatment, we will refer you to appropriate healthcare providers.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or in person at our clinics.
  • We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will provide reasonable notice.
  • Walk-in patients are welcome but may experience longer wait times compared to those with appointments.

  • For optical products, a deposit may be required at the time of order, with the balance due upon collection.
  • Prices for optical products include applicable taxes as per Indian law.
  • We do not offer refunds for services rendered. Product returns and exchanges are subject to our return policy.

6. Product Returns and Warranty

Spectacles

  • Prescription accuracy is guaranteed. If you experience vision issues with new spectacles, please return within 7 days for a complimentary recheck.
  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Contact Lenses

  • Contact lenses are non-returnable for hygiene reasons once the packaging is opened.
